Which processes are worth automating first?
Processes that happen at least weekly, follow fixed rules and need copy and paste today. That is where the time saved is greatest and the risk smallest.
Where is our data processed?
We decide that with you. n8n can run on a server in Switzerland. For AI models we choose providers that process data in Switzerland or the EU, or an open model such as Apertus.
Does automation replace staff?
In our projects it takes over routine work. The people on the team still make the decisions, they just no longer have to retype data.
What happens if a workflow makes a mistake?
Every workflow sends an error notification to a responsible person. For steps involving customer contact we build in approval by a person.
